Refund policy


Overview

At Prajia Creative Textile, we value our customers and ensure that every product is inspected before shipping.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an refund as per the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund claim.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched or altered sarees.

Sale or discounted items.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is reflected.
